QA & Delivery Lead (AI Workflows, E2E Apps & Client Success)

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, high-energy QA & Delivery Lead to own product quality, end-to-end application testing, and client delivery execution across multiple parallel projects.

In this role, you will be the ultimate quality gatekeeper and operational engine of our delivery pipeline. You will bridge technical execution with client expectations—conducting hands-on testing for web/mobile apps and advanced AI workflows, while owning project boards, client communication, and release momentum.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End App Testing & AI Evals (60%)

- Full-Stack E2E Testing: Perform functional, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing across web and mobile applications to ensure reliable user journeys.
- AI & Agent Evaluation: Design and execute evaluation frameworks (Evals) to test multi-step AI agentic workflows, prompt responses, non-deterministic edge cases, and output accuracy.
- API & System Pipeline Testing: Test backend API integrations, data flows, and webhook triggers to catch silent system failures before production deployments.
- Quality Benchmarking: Define acceptance criteria and "Definition of Done" for every release, ensuring software meets high stability standards.
- Bug Documentation: Write clear, actionable bug reports with exact reproduction steps, payloads, logs, and screenshots for rapid developer triage.

2. Multi-Project Management & Delivery (20%)

- Ticket Hygiene & Board Ownership: Maintain flawless organization across project management platforms (Jira, Linear, Trello), ensuring tasks are scoped, assigned, and moving efficiently.
- Sprint & Delivery Execution:



Track project milestones across multiple active streams, unblocking engineering bottlenecks and keeping releases on schedule.
- Process Discipline: Run daily standups/syncs, prioritize backlogs, and ensure development priorities match client priorities.

3. Client Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment (20%)

- Delivery Alignment: Serve as a clear, proactive point of contact for clients—translating business requirements into technical tickets and managing deliverable timelines.
- UAT & Sign-off Facilitation: Guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback, and ensure final deployments meet agreed requirements.
- Expectation Management: Provide transparent progress updates, flag risks early, and maintain high confidence with client stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Key QualificationsMust-Haves:

- 1+ years of experience in software QA, product operations, or technical delivery management (startup or agency experience is a strong plus).
- Hands-on E2E Web/App Testing experience: Solid eye for detail across UI/UX workflows, cross-browser compatibility, and application logic.
- AI & LLM Aptitude: Conceptual understanding of how AI applications, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and output evaluations work.
- Multi-Tasking & Project Organization: Ability to manage ticket boards and track deadlines across multiple parallel client projects.
- High-Energy Startup Mindset: Proactive, fast-moving, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a high-tempo environment.
- Clear Client-Facing Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical updates confidently to non-technical client stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience using API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and browser developer tools for inspecting network payloads.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation, or basic scripting.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
