Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMM Cum Mentor to manage social media platforms while training and mentoring students in Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, running social media campaigns, and guiding learners with practical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
- Train and mentor students in Social Media Marketing concepts and practical implementation.
- Conduct workshops, assignments, and live project sessions.




- Guide students in creating social media strategies and portfolios.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute branding campaigns.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- .0–1years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media tools.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
