Horizon Insurance Services is a trusted insurance associate and developer, proudly operating as a subsidiary of Horizon Motors, an authorized partner of Mahindra Automotive. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain insurance products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.

Requirements

- Basic computer knowledge.




- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English and Hindi are an added advantage).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
