Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily work operations and team performance.
- Assign tasks and monitor work quality.
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with management and staff to achieve targets.
- Resolve workplace issues and maintain discipline.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
- Train and guide team members when required.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–3 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Android smartphone with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or above is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 GB RAM is required.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle teams and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report management.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
