Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Develop working drawings, 3D views, and presentations
- Coordinate with site engineers and execution teams
- Handle client discussions and design modifications
- Prepare BOQs, material selections, and specifications
- Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, or similar tools
- Good design sense and attention to detail
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
