Job Responsibilities

- Teach BBA subjects as per the university curriculum.
- Deliver engaging lectures in Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Business Economics, Accounting, and Organizational Behaviour.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and case studies.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations.
- Mentor students for internships, projects, placements,



and career development.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, admission activities, and institutional events.

Eligibility

- MBA (Marketing/Finance/HR/Operations) or Master's Degree in Management with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Freshers with excellent academic records are welcome to apply.
- Previous teaching experience will be an added advantage.
