About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Account Executive / Product Demo Officer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, be comfortable understanding and communicating with US-based clients, and be passionate about presenting software solutions.

You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, engaging with prospective customers, managing leads and client communications, and helping drive customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective US clients.

Clearly explain software features, benefits, and use cases.

Communicate confidently with clients while understanding different US accents.

Answer customer questions and provide product-related guidance.

Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales process.

Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and communications in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.





Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Achieve demo, conversion, and customer engagement targets.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to understand and communicate comfortably with US customers and various American accents.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Confident, qualified, and customer-oriented personality.

Positive computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Ability to quickly learn and explain software products.

Prior experience in SaaS, software sales, customer success, telecalling, international sales, or product demonstrations is preferred.

Freshers with exceptional English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
