Job Profile

1) To monitor the export procedure and check the documents like PI, DA, labeling instructions country wise, Custom Invoice & other documents, Insurance document, Container Booking from relevant shipping line/freight forwarder, fumigation, Excise related

2)To ensure that the Container stuffing date, copy of invoice & Copy of BL is mailed to our customer as per schedule.

3)To ensure that container is dispatched on time.

4)To ensure timely submission of post export shipment documents to excise.

5)To ensure that the documents post shipment like fumigation certificate, various certificates like GSP, Certificate of Origin, Photo, Health Certificates etc arrive in time.

6)To ensure that payments to release the BL is sent on time and BL is received in time.

7)To ensure proper preparation of bank documents
