Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned sections of the hotel. The role ensures guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to hotel standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water bottles, tea/coffee sachets, and other amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as directed.

Requirements





- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
