Overview
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to join Thriwe. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance and support across various HR functions, including talent management, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. This role is pivotal in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in driving goal setting, goal standardization & goal alignment across Roles & Functions, and ensure communication and implementation within timelines
- Manage all the system related aspects of the Performance Management process and support in the resolution of queries in liaison with the HR leadership team
- Support Talent Management Lead in designing guiding principles and approach Mid-Year/ Annual Performance Dialogue processes and ensure they are consistently deployed round the year
- Publish dashboards periodically to report the completion status and drive the process completion as per timelines
- Collaborate with the HR leadership team in analyzing the performance ratings distribution by various cuts (in combination with potential ratings, engagement scores, etc.) to gather insights and present to the senior stakeholders for appropriate actions
- Schedule and the facilitate new hire Induction program
- Map out annual training plan along with the L&D; lead and co-creating the annual training calendar
- Market the planned training program and provide necessary information about the session/program to the participants
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPI’s
- Gather reaction feedback from the participants after each learning intervention and create effective training dashboards for leadership team
- Coordinate and provide support in driving the mentorship program across the organization
- Liaison with external training partners and provide adequate support with w.r.t to entire training logistics, blocking training venue,
participants nomination and ensure smooth execution of the learning intervention
- Manage employee grievances and receive documents and address the grievances in a timely and confidential manner
- Ensure all grievance procedures comply with the company policies and legal requirements
- Prepare detailed reports on grievance cases and outcomes as well as maintain accurate records
Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as HR Business Partnering, L&D; & Talent Management in any industry
- Proven experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Hands-on exposure with HR technologies - Preferably Keka HR or similar platform
- Exposure to facilitation skills, instructional design and L&D; operations will be an added advantage
- Strong influencing skills
- Comfort working with data
- Ability to build & simplify frameworks
- Analytical ability & data interpretation for insight generation
