Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and campus hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Candidate Screening & Selection

- Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and competency assessments.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate candidate evaluation and selection decisions.

3. Offer Management & Onboarding

- Coordinate salary discussions and prepare offer recommendations.
- Manage offer release, negotiations, and candidate acceptance.
- Maintain regular communication with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate with HR operations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Partner with department heads to understand hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.




- Ensure agreed service levels (SLAs) are achieved.

5. Recruitment Operations

- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.
- Coordinate background verification with relevant stakeholders.

6. Employer Branding

- Support employer branding initiatives through social media, career fairs, and campus recruitment.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Promote the organization's employer value proposition.

7. Process Improvement

- Analyze recruitment metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements to reduce hiring cycle time.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
