Position: Operation Manage

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the freight forwarding department in Calicut, Kerala.
- Coordinate closely with the Saudi-based partner company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking processes.
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:





- Master / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Proven experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic would be advantageous.
- Candidates from Calicut, Kerala, or willing to relocate are preferred.
