Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and candidates regarding career opportunities.
- Understand individual needs and recommend suitable programs or services.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationship records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment or onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned consultation and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
