Job description:
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end application processing for Europe Public Universities or Study Abroad destimations
- Assist students with university shortlisting and documentation
- Coordinate offer letters, APS, Uni-Assist & visa documentation
- Work closely with counselling and sales teams for student conversions
- Ensure smooth student experience from application to visa stage
- Maintain accurate CRM records and application timelines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Europe admissions/client servicing preferred
- Strong understanding of Germany & Europe Public University processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently
