We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid campaigns for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Google Ads / GA4)
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance
- Handle communication/reporting for US-based clients (preferred)
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and tagging
- Good understanding of ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR optimization
- Experience working with international (US) clients is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certification (optional but preferred)
- Experience with landing page optimization tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO is an added advantage
