We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and servicing of machines, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission machines at customer sites
- Attend service calls and resolve issues within TAT
- Perform preventive maintenance and AMC services
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues
- Generate spare parts business and service reports
- Maintain service records and documentation
- Coordinate with customers for feedback and satisfaction
- Follow up on payments related to service and spares
- Identify recent business opportunities at customer sites
- Key Skills
- Strong technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Pay: ₹8,630.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
