Working Hours

Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Shift 2: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare process design documents for industrial and engineering projects.
- Carry out line sizing, pressure drop calculations, and basic hydraulic calculations.
- Support pump selection, pump head calculation, and pump datasheet preparation.
- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs;, line lists, valve lists, and equipment lists.
- Prepare basic equipment sizing and datasheets for tanks, filters, strainers, pumps, and related process equipment.
- Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, structural, and drafting teams.
- Ensure process deliverables comply with project specifications, safety requirements,



and applicable standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / BE in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in process design engineering.
- Good knowledge of line sizing, pump selection, P&IDs;, and process equipment.
- Ability to read and understand PFDs, P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of tanks, filters, strainers, pumps, valves, and piping components.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Able to speak and communicate in English.
