We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Apparel Sourcing & Selection Executive to join our team in Tiruppur. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and selecting quality apparel products from manufacturers and suppliers based on market trends, customer requirements, quality, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify recent apparel manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors in Tiruppur.
- Visit manufacturers and supplier locations for product selection and sourcing.
- Select new and trending garments based on market demand and customer preferences.
- Evaluate product quality, fabric, fitting, finishing, designs, and overall appearance.
- Compare supplier prices, quality, MOQ, and other commercial terms.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for samples, quotations, and product details.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure competitive purchase costs.




- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and internal teams for product approvals.
- Track new fashion trends and recommend suitable products for GENIMART.
- Maintain proper records of selected products, suppliers, pricing, and samples.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in apparel sourcing, garment merchandising, product selection, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Tiruppur garment manufacturers and suppliers.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, garments, quality, and current fashion trends.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for manufacturer and supplier visits.
- Ability to identify commercially viable and trending products.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
