Hallmark is a growing design-build firm specializing in Interior Design, Architecture, and Construction. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects through innovative design, meticulous execution, and uncompromising attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare GST working, filing coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain vendor accounts and process vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.




- Support management with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, and MS Excel.
- Experience in accounting for construction, interior design, or project-based businesses is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with project costing and job-wise accounting.
- Vendor reconciliation and inventory tracking.
- Understanding of construction billing and purchase processes.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
