Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the overall operations of the AC Waiting Hall, ensuring excellent guest service, cleanliness, staff management, safety, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily operations of the Waiting Hall.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Supervise housekeeping, ticket checking, cashier, and support staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort.
- Monitor guest entry, bookings, payments, and daily operational records.
- Ensure proper availability of guest amenities and supplies.
- Coordinate with railway authorities, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor inventory and control operational expenses.




- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company, safety, security, and railway guidelines.
- Handle emergencies and ensure smooth functioning during all shifts.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel, lounge, airport, railway, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
