Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Product Teardown Should cost analysis for Automotive Energy equipments Tool Dies Mold Costing etc
- Lead VAVE workshops to identify cost saving opportunities
- Collaborate with design sourcing and suppliers to optimize product cost
- Support current product development with early cost estimation
- Analyze supplier quotes and manufacturing processes for cost validation
- Drive supply chain cost reduction and localization strategies

- Tech in Mechanicalor Industrial Engineering
- 3 8 years in cost engineering preferably in automotive Medical or energy domains
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and manufacturing processes
- Experience in costing of mechanical parts assemblies involving stamping injection molding die casting forging machining and secondary finishing processes etc
- Experience with VAVE cost modeling tools and supplier negotiations
- Familiarity working on COTS tools like Siemens TcPCM aPriori SEER etc
