About Us: We are a design-led jewellery studio creating timeless pieces with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail. As we grow, we’re looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and build a strong foundation in accounting within a creative business environment.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who is organised, detail-oriented, and keen to learn. You will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and support the smooth financial functioning of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining books of accounts (sales, purchases, and expenses)
- Prepare and record invoices and bills
- Track incoming and outgoing payments
- Support vendor payments and basic reconciliations
- Maintain records of customer payments and advances
- Help with inventory tracking (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
- Assist in GST data preparation and basic compliance tasks
- Work with the senior accountant/CA for filings and reports
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation

Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (or pursuing)
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with robust basics are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally / Zoho Books / Excel is a plus
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
