To support the execution of marketing initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination of website operations, campaign implementation, and cross-functional activities (Social Media, SEO, Organic growth) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the D2C website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and content.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards.
- Support AEO and GEO implementation, and coordinate website optimization activities.
- Manage marketing assets,
promotional materials, and campaign documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support business and marketing strategies.
- Ensure adherence to marketing processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C website management.
- Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and website performance analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Solid organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
