We are seeking a Site Survey & Technical Coordinator for our solar division. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, collecting technical data, coordinating installation activities, and supporting the successful execution of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Assess roof conditions, shadow analysis, and installation feasibility.
- Take site measurements and collect technical data.
- Prepare survey reports and submit project requirements to the design team.
- Coordinate with customers, installation teams, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in material planning and site readiness.
- Resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience in solar site surveys, technical coordination, or project support preferred.




- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and mobile reporting tools.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the district and nearby areas.

Salary

- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
