Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
✅ Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
✅ Respond to product, service, billing, and support inquiries
✅ Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
✅ Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
✅ Follow call centre processes and quality standards
✅ Achieve performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.)
✅ Ensure customer data security and compliance
