Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

- Source mechanical, electrical, electronic, and engineering materials from approved suppliers.
- Float RFQs/RFPs, obtain quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, technical capability, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order execution.

Vendor Development & Management

- Identify and develop new vendors for engineering components and services.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews.
- Build strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality and delivery issues.

Technical Procurement

- Understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Procure mechanical, electrical, electronic, and industrial components as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, R&D;, Production, and Maintenance teams to finalize specifications.
- Ensure procured materials comply with required technical standards and certifications.

Inventory & Supply Planning





- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for material receipt and stock reconciliation.
- Support inventory optimization and material planning activities.

Cost Optimization

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through alternate sourcing and value engineering.
- Conduct price benchmarking and market analysis.
- Support annual procurement budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain procurement records, purchase orders, vendor contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Liaise with Engineering, Production, R&D;, Quality, Stores, and Finance departments.
- Expedite critical materials to meet production and project timelines.
- Participate in current product development and localization initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
