MEP Engineer – Plumbing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer (Plumbing) to oversee plumbing and public health engineering (PHE) works for our high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and supervise all plumbing and PHE works at project sites.
- Review plumbing drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure execution as per approved drawings and relevant codes.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other disciplines for seamless project execution.
- Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, rainwater harvesting, STP, WTP, pumping systems, firefighting interfaces, and related plumbing services.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, local authority regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks during execution to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements submitted by contractors.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure plumbing works are completed within planned timelines.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, quantity reconciliation, and variation claims.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, flushing, pressure testing, and handing over of plumbing systems.




- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure proper documentation including inspection records, checklists, test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities and consultants wherever required.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and compliance with company HSE standards.

Desired Candidate ProfileEducation

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (with specialization/experience in Plumbing & PHE).

Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in MEP (Plumbing) execution.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential apartment projects.
- Experience in reputed real estate or construction companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
