Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Floor Sales Executive to join our B2C Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product and pricing information, handling customer interactions, and driving sales through effective product recommendations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and experience in FMCG or B2C Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information, including price and product details.
- Enquire about the customer's required quantity and assist them with their purchase.
- Stay updated on product stock availability and pricing at all times.
- Collect complete customer purchase details and create the first sales order to initiate the payment process.
- Ensure that all products and samples are properly displayed, clean, and placed in their designated areas.
- Regularly update and change the display area theme to maintain creativity and freshness for customers.




- Suggest related and additional products based on customer requirements to increase customer awareness and sales opportunities.
- Focus on achieving sales targets and improving the overall sales conversion rate.
- Maintain effective coordination with team members and pickers for smooth order execution.
- Follow all company policies, rules, and guidelines.
- Be flexible and willing to support other business activities as required.

Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate; 12th Pass candidates may also apply.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in FMCG or B2C Sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Soft-spoken and customer-friendly personality.
- Good understanding of customer satisfaction and customer service.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work for extended hours during the peak/seasonal period.

Salary

As per company policy and experience.
