The Team Leader - Assisted Buying will be responsible for managing a team of Assisted Buying Agents who support customers through high-consideration purchases via calls, chats, and digital platforms. The role focuses on driving conversion, improving customer experience, and ensuring team productivity, quality, and compliance with defined sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Assisted Buying Agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per interaction, AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions across calls, chats, and digital channels, and assist in handling complex customer queries and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, scripts,



compliance guidelines, and CRM hygiene.
- Support onboarding and ramp-up of new agents, and conduct regular product, system, and sales refresher sessions.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
