Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and passionate Nursing Tutor to join our academic team. The Nursing Tutor will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nurses by providing high-quality theoretical and clinical education. You will prepare nursing students (GNM/B.Sc) for their careers by delivering classroom lectures, mentoring students in clinical settings, and developing educational materials. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach nursing subjects (e.g., Fundamentals of Nursing, Pharmacology, Community Health) in classroom and online settings. Clinical Instruction: Supervise and guide nursing students during hospital clinical postings and laboratory demonstrations. Lesson Planning: Prepare, update, and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources. Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct tests (theory and practical), evaluate assignments, and monitor student performance. Mentorship: Provide individual attention, academic guidance, and counseling to nursing students. Documentation: Maintain student academic records, attendance,



and clinical evaluation reports, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and nursing standards. Curriculum Development: Assist with curriculum development and update training materials as per current developments. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical or teaching experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Registration: Valid Registration with the State Nursing Council. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Skills: Proficiency in teaching methods, computer literacy, and ability to demonstrate nursing procedures on dummies/simulators. Preferred Traits Creativity in teaching and pedagogical innovation. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Passionate about fostering skilled nursing growth.
