This role offers hands-on experience in developing engaging eLearning solutions while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

- Analyze client requirements and understand eLearning project needs
- Define clear learning objectives and course structures
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines
- Design and support development of interactive eLearning modules
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
- Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training requirements, and learning hierarchy




- Assist in evaluation planning and course effectiveness measurement
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs
- Support all phases of instructional design lifecycle
- Requirements

- Solid creativity and interest in instructional design and digital learning
- Basic understanding of learning theories and content structuring
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to understand technical and non-technical topics
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
