Responsibilities:
- User and data management on school portals (GSuite, in-house portals, etc)
- Learning materials: Layout, printing and distribution
- Data and document management
- Troubleshoot network issues
- Technical support in all ICT projects
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer/ICT (B.Tech, BCA, Diploma, BVoc)
- Proficiency in cloud productivity applications (particularly Google Docs and Sheets)
- Knowledge of different types of hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
- Knowledge of data storage solutions (databases, cloud storage), data backup and recovery procedures, and data encryption techniques.
