- Client Sourcing: Form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) and organize community meetings to spread awareness of financial products.
- Credit Appraisal: Collect KYC documents, conduct Client Point Verification (CPV), and assess the repayment capacity of borrowers.
- Training & Onboarding: Conduct Continuous Group Training (CGT) to educate clients on financial literacy and the terms of their loans.
- Disbursement & Collection: Facilitate loan disbursements and handle daily/weekly/monthly cash or digital collections from borrowers
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
