- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and updates
- Follow up with the operations team to ensure timely execution of orders and services
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately
- Coordinate with distributors regarding stock, deliveries, and order status
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely closure
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to sales and operations
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support
- Ensure proper communication between internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM coordination, sales coordination, or operations support
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
