The Raw Material Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records of all raw materials, ensuring timely receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of stock to support uninterrupted production. The role involves monitoring stock levels, updating ERP records, verifying inward and outward material movements, coordinating with the Purchase, Stores, Production, and Quality departments, and ensuring compliance with company inventory control procedures. The executive is responsible for preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), maintaining batch and heat number traceability where applicable, conducting periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.



The role also includes monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels, assisting in inventory planning, generating inventory and consumption reports for management, ensuring proper material identification and storage practices, maintaining accurate documentation as per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring adherence to safety, housekeeping (5S), and company policies while maintaining complete confidentiality of inventory records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
