Muziris Softech is looking for a dynamic, people-oriented graduate to support ERP implementation projects for premium retail clients across Kerala. The role involves client coordination, ERP user training, implementation support, and on-site engagement at client head offices and retail branches.

This is a non-sales, IT-focused role within ERP project delivery. Comprehensive training will be provided on the ERP solution, retail workflows, and implementation processes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any graduate (0–2 years of experience)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in ERP implementation support, client coordination, IT support, or retail systems is an advantage
- Solid communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and operational teams in a professional retail environment
- Willingness to travel within Kerala to client head offices and branch locations

Responsibilities

- ERP implementation support - Assist in the implementation of ERP software by coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the project.
- Client communications - Act as the primary point of contact for clients in ERP project teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- User training of ERP software - Conduct user training sessions for client teams,



ensuring that they are well-versed in the functionalities and use of the ERP software.
- Customer management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing any issues and working closely to enhance their experience with our solutions.
- Domain testing - Collaborate with internal teams to perform domain-specific testing of ERP modules to ensure they meet client requirements and industry standards.
