Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website optimization, and analytics to improve brand visibility, generate quality leads, and increase conversions.

Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads

- Plan, create, and optimize Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad copies.
- Improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- Create and manage lead generation, awareness, engagement, and conversion campaigns.
- Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences.
- Track campaign ROI and continuously optimize performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Perform on-page SEO optimization for websites and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
- Improve website rankings on Google.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Execute basic off-page SEO activities including backlink building.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports.

Website & Landing Pages

- Coordinate with developers to optimize landing pages.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).




- Track conversions through Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Analyze traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.

Content & Coordination

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives.
- Write compelling ad copies and campaign content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WordPress or Elementor.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic design tools.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO certifications are an added advantage.
