We are seeking an experienced Project Accountant with a solid background in project accounting, corporate customer handling, and commercial coordination. Candidates from HVAC, EVAC, MEP, EPC, Engineering, Construction, or Infrastructure industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project-wise accounting, costing, billing, and profitability analysis.
- Monitor and control site expenses across multiple projects.
- Handle debtor and creditor management, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with banks for Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee (BG), and other banking activities.
- Prepare project cost vs. billing reports and support commercial operations.
- Interact with corporate customers to resolve queries related to TDS, GST, ESI, PF deductions, invoices, and payment reconciliations.
- Manage customer portal uploads, invoice submissions, and payment gateway processes.
- Coordinate with project, accounts, and sales teams to ensure timely billing and collections.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

Required Skills





- 5–8 years of experience in project accounting.
- Experience in LC, BG, banking coordination, project costing, and billing.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, ESI, PF, debtor & creditor management.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and corporate customer-handling skills.

Qualification: B.Com or equivalent.

Preferred Industry: HVAC, EVAC, MEP, EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial Projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
