Job Overview

Eljay Enterprises LLP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to manage the organization's accounting functions, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements.
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.




- Perform other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Team management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant accounting is an added advantage.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Schedule:

- Day Shift
- Monday to Saturday

Experience:

- Senior Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
