Urgently hiring for Logistics / Transport Billing executive.
Prepare customer invoices accurately and within agreed
timelines.
Verify trip sheets, PODs, LR copies and supporting
documents before billing.
Coordinate with Operations and Branches to resolve
billing discrepancies.
Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.
Maintain billing records and MIS.
Follow up for pending PODs.
Assist Accounts in reconciliation and billing queries.
Prepare debit/credit notes.
Ensure compliance with customer billing formats.
Maintain ERP/TMS billing entries.
Generate billing reports.
Support audits.
Experience: 1–3 years in
FTL Transportation/Logistics billing.
Knowledge of freight billing, POD verification, GST basics and reconciliation.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/TMS and billing software.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
