Job Title: HR Executive (1 Year Experience)Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support our Human Resources department. The candidate should have strong HR fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding process

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of HR concepts and practices




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR role
