Job Description

- Make outbound calls to leads, patients, and potential clients to promote services or products
- Follow scripts and sales techniques to generate bookings and product orders
- Answer incoming calls and resolve queries or redirect to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed call records, follow-up schedules, and customer databases
- Convert interested inquiries into appointments or sales
- Provide information about ongoing offers, treatments, and product benefits
- Handle objections and ensure customer satisfaction during each interaction
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams for order fulfillment
