BDI Plus is a global technology and IT staffing company delivering high-quality talent solutions across India and the United States. We are looking for an HR Associate who can drive end-to-end recruitment while acting as a bridge between our India and US teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for India and US hiring requirements.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for technical roles including:
- Software Engineers
- Full Stack Developers
- Java Developers
- .NET Developers
- Python Developers
- QA/Test Engineers
- DevOps Engineers
- Data Engineers
- Cloud Engineers
- UI/UX Developers
- Business Analysts
- Project Managers
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across India and the US.
- Work closely with US stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and employee referrals.
- Negotiate offers and manage the complete onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Support employee engagement and HR operations whenever required.

Required Skills





- 4–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment or IT Staffing.
- Experience hiring for technical roles across multiple technologies.
- Exposure to US recruitment or working with US clients is preferred.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Prior experience in an IT Services or IT Staffing company.
- Experience working with both India and US teams.
