JayAir System Private Limited is a growing company in the HVAC systems, industrial air handling solutions sector. We specialize in delivering efficient, reliable, and customized solutions to our clients across various industries. As our operations expand, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to strengthen our procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily purchasing activities including raising purchase orders, obtaining quotations, and following up with vendors.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, accounts) to understand material requirements and timelines.
- Track and ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, supplier data, and pricing.




- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as required to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and standards.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a Purchase Executive role, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setup.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, and inventory control.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (like Tally, SAP, etc.) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
