We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Invoice & Accounts Specialist to manage our international shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be a master of global logistics, responsible for securing the most competitive shipping rates across major carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS) while ensuring 100% compliance with GST, LUT, and international customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Rate Optimization: Proactively source and negotiate the best shipping rates using carrier portals (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS). Optimize routes for specialized areas, including remote/extended delivery zones.
- Documentation & Invoicing: Generate accurate commercial invoices using automated CRM/Software and carrier-specific tools.
- Tax & Legal Compliance: Manage all aspects of GST, IGST, and LUT (Letter of Undertaking) filings related to exports. Ensure all shipments comply with government trade regulations to minimize tax liabilities.
- Customs Management: Oversee international logistics paperwork, including shipping bills, bills of lading, and customs declarations.



Deeply understand and apply correct HS Codes and Incoterms.
- Data Management: Utilize advanced Excel skills to track shipping spend, analyze carrier performance, and maintain meticulous digital records of all trade documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Logistics Expertise: Proven experience in international logistics and deep familiarity with DHL/FedEx/USPS automated shipping systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of GST/IGST frameworks and LUT compliance for zero-rated exports.
- Trade Mastery: Solid grasp of all Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and their implications on cost and risk.
- Technical Proficiency: Master of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) and experience using CRM or automated invoicing software.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to calculate complex custom duties and taxes without error.
- Communication: Strong ability to liaise between government agencies, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Preferred Experience

- Very good experience in excels & creating invoices.
- Previous experience in a high-volume export-oriented business.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts, Tally, Excel, GST & IGST, Logistics Compliance, Export & Shopify.
