Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in PHP development, specifically, hands-on expertise in customizing vTiger CRM and developing vTiger modules. The role involves developing current modules, REST APIs, workflow automation, third-party integrations and optimizing CRM performance while following secure coding standards.
Role & responsibilities

vTiger CRM Development

- Develop and customize vTiger CRM modules.
- Extend existing CRM functionalities.
- Develop custom workflows and automation.
- Create custom reports and dashboards.
- Configure user roles, profiles and permissions.

PHP Development

- Develop scalable backend applications using PHP.
- Write clean, reusable and well-documented code.
- Optimize application performance.
- Debug and resolve production issues.

API Development & Integration

- Develop REST APIs.
- Integrate third-party services such as:
- Payment Gateways
- WhatsApp APIs
- SMS Gateways
- Email Services
- Travel APIs
- Ensure secure API authentication and error handling.

Version Control & DevOps

- Work with Git/GitHub.
- Follow branching and code review practices.
- Participate in CI/CD deployment processes.




- Collaborate with the Technical Architect on infrastructure improvements.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand requirements.
- Coordinate with frontend developers for API integration.
- Assist during testing and production deployments.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
