Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telemarketing Executive with a solid background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills, along with a good understanding of student psychology to effectively guide prospective learners toward suitable career and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career-oriented training programs.
- Understand student needs using psychological and behavioural communication techniques.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing appropriate course guidance.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Maintain daily call records and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Train and mentor junior telemarketing executives.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Telemarketing, Student Counselling,



or Admissions within the EdTech/Education sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience using CRM and lead management software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification or educational background in Psychology, Counselling, Behavioural Science, or Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of career counselling and student behaviour.
- Ability to understand customer psychology and improve conversion rates.
