- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding..
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters and grievance resolution.
