Job Summary

Saviour Education Abroad Pvt. Ltd., a leading study abroad consultancy with 26+ years of experience, is hiring a Counselor / Telecalling Counselor for our Ludhiana branch.

The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, understanding their study abroad requirements, explaining available options, fixing appointments, and converting leads into walk-ins and admissions.

This role is suitable for someone who has good communication skills, confidence on calls, basic counselling ability, and a strong interest in the education abroad industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and parents from the given database/leads.
- Explain study abroad options such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, and other destinations.
- Understand the student’s academic background, financial profile, preferred country, and career goals.
- Counsel students about courses, universities, visa process, IELTS/PTE requirements, and application steps.
- Fix appointments for branch visits and follow up regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and student status.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admission team for application processing.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins, applications, and enrollments.
- Build trust with students and parents through professional communication.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, immigration, IELTS,



or education abroad will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Must be confident, polite, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Experience

0–3 years

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
Incentives may be offered based on performance.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday
Office-based role.
