Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos)
- Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Plan and schedule posts using social media tools
- Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
- Engage with followers,



respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams

Key Requirements

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
- MBA (Real Estate / Marketing) preferred

Experience:

- 3–5 years in Marketing

Skills:

- Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Experience in influencer marketing or brand collaborations
